1st Camping trip with a 14 mth old?

We are going on our 1st camping trip with our daughter who is 14 months. We will be tent camping My husband and I have camped our whole lives, and we know what to do for us. Changed over summer?

after a short "thing" over summer which lead to mive heartbreak, i went back to school. When i arrived, things seemed so different. Everyone seems very fake to me and not my real friend except a fair few of course. How do you patch drywall holes with puddy? the holes are 3 to 4 inches in diameter.?

Patching holes are easy,depending on wether the walls are smooth or texture,because i dont know which, I'll give answers to both.1st cut your drywall to squares. this makes it easier to make a tight patch. The tighter the joints means less chance of blisters or . 2nd you need to screw your new drywall to backing, for this use scrap wood ( dont use any thing less then a 1x2 because screws will crack the wood). The backing needs to be at least 2 inches above and below exsisting drywall . Put inch and a qaurter screws 1 inch above and below the hole, fastining the backing to the exsisting wall. Screw on new drywall. Now for the fun part. Use mesh tape, paper tape causes if you are a beginer. Prefill cracks by applying mud and wiping it tight. It should not take to long to tack up. Using a 10 inch knife, apply mud. Knife technic is simple, the closer the handle is to the wall helps you float, the farther the handle is away takes mud off. To prevent apply mud around outside of tape and inside. This will make the patch more flat. Be genorous because you can always sand. Sanding between coats makes for better preperation. For the second coat not as much mud is needed. Sand again. If it is a smooth wall put a third coat on and pull tight. This takes out pock marks and makes for a better patch. If the wall is texture, mask off anything you do not want over spray on. Most textures are orange peel or knock down. Use a spray can found in most paint sections of a hardware store. Hold can 12 to 18 inches from the wall and spray in circles. The spray comes out rapidly so do not hold the can in one spot to long because this will cause it to be blochy. If knock down, use a 10 inch knife and very lightly drag across the patch using the floating technic. Materials needed are; scrap sheet rock(DO NOT USE METAL PATCHES FOUND IN HARDWARE STORE, TO HARD TO FLOAT OUT), all purpose joint compound, mesh tape, pan, 6 inch knife, and a 10 inch knife. Happy taping!

My TV is changing channels, volume, and turning its self on?

I have a 32 inch tv I got less than 2 years ago. The past two months or so it has been acting crazy. It started turning the volume all the way down. Now it turns it all the way up and I have to fight with it to turn it down. It changes the tv channels, not the satellite channels but the actual tv channels so it changes to the blue screen. When I shut it off it turns on alot. Before I go to bed I have to turn off the power strip. I don't live in a busy neighbor hood with anyone really close. I don't live by an airport or police station, I live by orange groves. Why would my tv be doing this weird stuff. I have lived in this house for over a year, its not ghosts so don't say that haha.

My mother in law was diagnosed with liver cancer three months ago but she doesn't have any pain?

She has had bowel cancer inthe past and had a large amount of her bowel removed. As a result she has lots of dietary problems and pain when going to the toilet. Anyway, her liver cancer is in the gall bladder and lymph nodes but she doesn't seem to have any pain or any real symptoms. Also, they said it's inoperable. I would have expected her to be a lot worse by now. Is this lack of pain normal?? She gets breathless and seems to have a diminishing appetite and seems tired but thats it. My son is 29 ,months old..should i switch doctors? and more qs.?

Ok here is the deal, I have a 29 month old son and a 9 month old daughter. Their doctor is the same doctor that I had as a infant. I think he is stuck back in that time. No matter what my children's symptoms are he always tells me to put 4 drops of saline nose drops int heir noses and mix 1 teas. lemon juice, 1 teas. honey and half a cup of warm tea. Then it takes them weeks to get better. My son also has very bad wax build up and we use debrox like the doctor tells us to but it don't get any better. He is also always lecturing us on smoking, neither me or my fiance smoke in the home when the children are awake and when they are in bed on the second floor we smoke downstairs with the window cracked. (please no lectures people) I have asked the doctor about how my son only says ~ mama, dada, papa, no, yes, go, alone, come on(more like mon) and very few other choice words once in a while and he tells me its fine he is only 2 in a half wait til hes 4 to tell if theres something wrong. and what do i do to help him he wont sit and play with flash cards no matter what games i play he will only do it for 5-10 minutes then hes done. Long story short.. I met a girl our senior year in HS last year. There was something about her that attracted me. It seemed like we had a connection. Anyway, we went seperate ways after we grad. My wife and two children (7yr and 1yr old) are planning a two week driving vacation of the south west. We are leaving by car from Las Vegas Apr 20th. Virus please helpmy computer?answer please?

There is something I've done twice in the past, but I don't recommend it unless every other option has failed. Before trying my suggestion please try the following. Download any single free anti virus software and scan. if it detects nothing then uninstall it and download another, and keep doing this until one detects it, one will after a while. I have always had lots of luck with AVG 7.5, and AVG 8 is now free from www.grisoft.com. If you download an anti virus program that detects the virus but cant fix it, lock it in the virus vault (AVG has a virus vault. other programs have other names for it) then uninstall the software, the entire anti virus program, and when prompted tick the box to include everything in the virus vault. This should remove it from your computer. If it fails try this. Back up all your personal files and make a note of all computer information you need to remember. Then carry out a system restore to a highlighted date before you got the virus. This should get rid of it. if it doesn't then try the following. and this is the bit I urge you not to try unless everything else fails. If you have a windows disk you will need it. if you don't you will have to make a back up windows disk from the percentage of your hard drive set aside for this purpose. once you have your Windows back up disk, reset the hard drive to factory settings. Format the disk completely. If you have access to any import stores, go there and find one fabric item that has lots of colors in it and that you can use as a throw across the foot of your bed. Do you have a headboard? If not, buy a screen or room divider from this same type of store; it should be dark and heavily carved. If you can't do this, wall art of metal or carved wood can be placed above your bed to make it look like you have a headboard. Pick out a color from the patterned fabric you found and get curtain panels that go with it - shiny and/or textured panels are needed. Recently replaced power supply, computer is working but seems slow - what is likely to be the problem?

The computer just refused to turn on one day, I presumed it was the power supply so took it out and then replaced it with a new one. The old one was 300W and the new one is 400W, but I don't believe this should cause any problems. The graphics are jerky, even in something simple like winamp visualiser. I am almost 15 years old, and am trying to have foresight in planning for when I turn 16 and will want a car. My birthday is in December and I am a freshman in high school, so I will not turn 16 until my junior year. Therefore, I will be one of the last students in my cl to be able to get my driver's license. Our family is somewhat well off, but we don't have money to go and just buy a car. However, the town that we live in is very wealthy so many of my friends are getting/have gotten a car when they turn 16 or soon after. I am in many AP cles, and get all A's. In addition, I am involved a lot in music, playing the piano and cello and also playing in symphony. I have brought up to my parents on a couple of occasions the possibility of getting a car soon after I turn 16, mentioning the fact that my birthday is extremely late, that I work hard to maintain high grades and do well in extracurriculars, and that they constantly have to drive me places. They generally respond with "Trust me, most 16 year olds don't have cars." And yes, I have pointed out to them that most turn 16 during their sopre year. I know that this is far into the future, but I want to plan ahead so that when the time comes, I will be completely ready. Separated, husband wants to take son 4 hours away?

This is not legal advice I'm giving you but it is predivorce strategy advice. #1- Until there is a legal temporary order on custody in place, both you and your husband have equal rights to your son... which means, if your husband were to take him 4 hours away to his house and decide not to bring him back, he has every right to and until you were able to get a lawyer and go to court to get a temporary custody order, he would be able to keep him (legal kidnapping in other words). Here's what you need to do: Send him a certified letter (make sure you keep proof of the when it was received and a copy of the letter) stating that you're not comfortable sending your son four hours away, that you'd like to find a happy medium with him visiting your son whenever he can when he's not working and that it's your goal to make sure that you both stay active in his life. This letter covers your bases in court. You need a lawyer asap and you need a court date asap to get the custody matter finalized before your son can go see his father for extended periods of time. I know you think that he will do what's in the best interest of his son, that he would never keep him from his mother but as a woman who had exactly that happen to her, let me tell you this: you don't know someone until you divorce them. Hurting people hurt people. Bottom line: stay ready so you don't have to get ready. You need to go to court on this one before you let your son go anywhere for more than a day.

So anyways, my friend got pulled over without a license or insurance and he's really freaking out about it. I mean, he's a good kid and all: straight a's, extracurricular activities, etc. he just made a bad decision and got pulled over. the police didn't give him a ticket for driving without a license but one for speeding and failure to show proof of insurance. Since he didn't have insurance, he couldn't prove that he had any so yeah. he paid for the tickets and like a month later he got a letter saying that, because he drove without insurance, his "license" would be suspended until he paid to reinstate it. he didn't have a license to begin with... just a permit. he paid the money and got it reinstated. My dog barks at me all the time.?

I have a 7 1/2 month old male neutered lab. He barks at me all the time. When i am gone he is crated. He doesn't bark when i leave. I stand outside the door before leaving and when coming home and don't hear barking. When i am home, however he barks at me constantly. He gets 2 good walks in a day plus i play with him and his toys. He doesn't have to go to the bathroom and his food/water needs are met. Every hour and a half or so he will just bark at me (wanting to play-he will do play bows and run around with toys). I know labs are hyper but this is nonstop. After ruptured ovarian cysts, ( large ) is swelling in legs OK?

I ruptured a large 5 by 7 inch ovarian cyst 4 days ago. Lost so much blood I had to have two blood transfusions. I'm home now, but experiencing swelling below the waist till it feels like my toes will pop after standing for only a few minutes. They did give me cipro for an infection, but I haven't taken it in two days. The bleeding was stabilized, all though I still have the blood I lost filling a lot of my mid section, and blood pressure and blood count are normal. The cysts is still there though, because my doc said surgery could lead to more problems in my condition, and it's just a slow leak. Do you think it's just my body dealing with the trauma ? My mom mentioned kidney failure, so I am concerned. thanks, trina.

Why do people ask to much for cars?

I ask top dollar and I also get top dollar for my cars... why? Because it may have 150,000 miles on it but I can tell and will tell you everything about the car. Anything. I mean anything that didn't work has been replaced, if the body had rust, was scrached, it was repaired. I have a 2000 right now that has 122,000 miles that is excellent shape (bet you can't find one as good as shape) and even had the cab off it to repair rust. Can I Borrow From Family To Invest In Shares?

In Australia, I was wanting to borrow $100k from family at say 10% p.a. to buy shares (like you would a margin loan). This would generate $10,000 a year in interest payable to the person I borrowed the money from. In general I am a fairly introverted individual. I still participate in cl discussions, i engage in conversations where people are talking to me and asking me questions, and i can generally hold conversations with people with eye contact. I guess i have some odd obsessions/ interests, but i think they're productive interests. I am fascinated with Physics most notably quantum physics, time travel, and theoretical physics. I am also very interested in religious studies. I like very asthetic music with very deep introspective lyrics. I.E. Elliott smith, the smiths, Jeff Buckley, etc. But i don't think there is anything wrong with that. I don't think there is anything abnormal about think about the origin and evoulution of the comsos, or debating religion, or listening to music with substance and meaning. My biggest difficulty would probably be in a sort of "chaotic" social scene. For example like at a college party or bar. For whatever reason i have a very difficult time connecting with women. One would think that if you alcohol in you it would loosen you up. I have heard that people with aspergers can be "hypersensitive" to things. I think i just feel akward when i engage in a conversation with women and out of being sensitive to their wishes and not wanting them to feel akward i don't really pursue them. This is why i don't think i have AS. From everything i read, people with AS don't really know how to read people. I can see if someone is disinterested or uncomfortable talking to me, so i will halt the conversation. When i have conversations with people i make eye contact, i respond swiftly, and i show emotion. Although i would say most of the time i am just acting like i really care. But i don't think what these people are saying is really relevant. I'm not interested in listening to my friends discuss/brag about cheating on their girlfriends, exploiting drunk women, gossiping about people, and saying retarded racist things. To make things easier i just act like im interested. This leads to my current depression and bitterness. I think to myself why are these horrible people with beautiful seemingly nice women. And i'm left alone. I'm severly bitter now. Honestly out of self defense from feeling sad and alone i am almost all together disengaging myself from trying to find a companion. I am late for my period,today is day 7. I was due for it may 1st. I got my hubby to check my cervix and he said he had to reach quite far to feel it,he said he feels no hole or anything in it. But he said it was hard. Now when I check I fell it sort of squishy on top and I feel the slit in it,I have had 2 l births and a c section. My tubes are tied with clips. basically. I am wondering about the process of deciding how much *I* borrow. How do I have a say in what is borrowed and at what step of the application process do I give *my* input on this? If yearly tuition comes out to 9000 + 1200 for books can I get a pell grant for 4310, stafford subsidized loan for 3500 and a perkins for the rest and THEN take out an unsubsidized loan for another 4000 and use it for personal expenses. *Or* does the school say, "he only needs 10200." if so am I not able to get the unsubsidized loan? Basically, I want money for transportation and a laptop but the school says they only approve 1500 for transportation and 1500 for personal expenses. Shouldn't it just be that I get the maximum? My efc is not 0 but it's pretty close.

Tropical Fish Help Needed - Fish in Distress!?

Hello, are there any tropical fish experts out there? I am having a terrible problem with my tropical fish tank. Currently, we have three black mollies that are in distress. Their tails are hanging down vertically and they are straining to keep themselves up. The rear portion of the fish is literally vertical. Recently, we had difficulty stabilizing the tank after bouts with ich and a fungal infection. As the mollies are black, it is very easy to see diseases of this sort. I did not see any white spots on them until yesterday, when I saw some white around one’s mouth. Does anyone know what is causing this? Could it be a symptom of another fungal infection or is it unrelated? I began giving them medication for fungus infection, although I am not sure that is what they have. Am I hurting them by giving this medication if they do not have a fungal infection? Please help, it is sad to see such nice fish in such distress! Thank you. Laura

I suffer from Severe OCD/GAD, depression, and maybe bipolar disorder. I've had these problems linked for years now, but during the past 2 years, my entire life has changed, because its gotten severe during that particular period of time. I've been to a psychiatric hospital, where I wasn't treated properly (told their was nothing wrong with me), I almost dropped out of school last year (used to be an honor student), I almost killed myself, self injured myself, self medicated back in January, and caused severe psychosis. Here I am still dealing pretty much with the same thing. I changed my life, and tried to face my fears, but I'm still being bombarded by them almost every moment. I've taken CBT therapy too, and I still have a lot of problems. I tried of living this way. I've kept being told Ill get better so many times, years ago, and here I am. I dont know, but I feel like I don't even want to take meds anymore, or go to a councilor, because I have been for a while, and im still dealing with pretty much the same thing.

I am experiencing neasea, (especially in the morning and early evening,) fatigue, headaches, increased l discharge, irritable. my period was 2 days late, then I only spotted for a day. I missed my traffic court date.?

Im 17 with no record and I have a ticket for Failure to Wear my seatbelt. My court date was April 1 but i misread the officers handwriting and thought it would be the 7th. I realized I had missed it this morning April 3rd on the way to school. After I got home about 6, I work at a daycare at an elementary school, I called the courthouse to see if I could apologize and reschedule but they were closed and wont be open until Monday. I understand that there may be a bench warrant on my name but other than that is this a major problem? Surely stuff like this must happen once in a while.
