Nurses or doctors please help!?

ive had a cough with clear phlegm for a few weeks now..i cough more at night..i went to the doctor and was told it was sinusitis and was put on antibiotics..i finished them and im still coughing and wheezing a little bit..does anyone know what could be causing this and why im still coughing?
