What are recommended settings for computer screen?

I just had my motherboard replaced and now things aren't fitting in windows like they used to. I play euchre in pogo and there's not enough space in window to let me type in chat, or when I'm actually playing a game, I can't chat at all...it's like my window isn't big enough. My mouse isn't turning into a double arrow so I can't expand window. You are supposed to be able to view last hand, but that's not even in my window. HELP PLEASE!!
