Could this resume be the reason im getting no responses to my applications for jobs right away?

I agree with Wamibo. Check out www.rileyguide.com for more information on how to write a good resume. Also do you use a cover letter? If so, that is where you want to highlight what Wamibo said about absenteeism, being a team player, etc. Most employers use a scanner programmed to look for "action" words, and if it doesn't find them, your resume goes into the 86 pile.
