My dog has been in labor formore than twelve hours, only had one still birth breeched.?

my dog had her first pup breeched, and we helped her pull it out. the second cannot be born. it is stuck really bad. i called her vet, and vet doesnt do c-sec's on sat. referred me to animal hosp. vet there wanted over 1000.00 dollars. i cannot afford, and begged for installments. vet said no. brough dog back home, and my mom put vaseline and tried to turn pup inside, and no luck! my dog still has not had puppy, and it has been over 12 hours. and by the way i cannot pay for your answer, because i have no credit card. my stomach hurts to see my dog in distress. i believe since i don't have good credit, and 1000.00 dollars, i have to see my dog die. :(
