Why are all Muslim countries without exception are in the hands of madmen, dictators, usurpers, or cannibals?

Muslims are that kind of people in general. If you struggle you might find one or two countries that do not fit your statement but we cannot be expected to keep up with every little government. Most are just as you say. Throw in the black countries as well as Spanish speaking countries such as just south of here.
