Help with a girl?

Long story short.. I met a girl our senior year in HS last year. There was something about her that attracted me. It seemed like we had a connection. Anyway, we went seperate ways after we grad. She went to college about 30 min. away while I stayed in the same town to work. Right after grad. I still had feelings for her so I wrote her a letter telling her how I felt about her. I was happy to tell her how I felt but I never did hear from her again except when I sent her a message on a social site just asking what was up (she replied) but I avoided asking if she got the letter. Shortly after that, I got busy forgot about her. Now it's 5 mnths since Ive even heard/thought about her, Im suddenly bombarded with dreams of her and have gotten stronger feelings. I really would like to talk to her again but on a different approach b/c it seems like the dreams are teeling me to make a move... so can anyone help me out here? I miss her and I think there's something that needs to be done.
