I think I may be pregnant. Im really confused right now.?

I am experiencing neasea, (especially in the morning and early evening,) fatigue, headaches, increased l discharge, irritable. my period was 2 days late, then I only spotted for a day. I took a test and it had a line and a faint line. I onlt let the test sit for 1 min. and everyone said i was supposd to wait 10 min then read it. Well it was negative after 1 min but positive after 45 min when I came back to throw it away. I guess I should have waited 10 min. (forgive me im new at this) I took another teat and it was negative. I also just had gall bladder surgery a month and a half ago so I dont know if im spotting because of that. Help me!
