Help me in choosing good topic from 10 topics for my "Speech Competition"..(PLZ)?

For me, I would choose the first one. You will define what Narcotics is, its dangers for human consumption. From those dangers, you may derive ideas why people should say no to drugs. The other topics are good, too, but this one seems kinda easier to me. I hope I helped. Goodluck!
