If Christians are allowed to refuse to perform any job duties that they claim oppose their religion, then?

where does it stop? Will the guy in the bookstore be allowed to refuse to sell me a book he finds immoral? Will the clerk at the video store decline to rent me the latest thriller because it has a scene in it? Already a woman was refused contraception because she was unmarried, and a couldn't get artificial insemenation because she was gay AND unmarried! If Christians don't like the duties ociated with a particular job, shouldn't they find another job they are more comfortable with instead of imposing their belief systems on people who don't share those beliefs? I'M not allowed to pick and choose what duties I will and will not perform on the job (not and KEEP THE JOB, anyway!), so why should one particular group (Christians) be singled out and given an exemption from following orders?
