What the hell is Kofi Kingston and Mike Knox doing in the Elimination Chamber?

I admit both are good. Kofi especially. But both are midcarders. Kofi has held the IC and tag team titles, but Knox has yet to participate in a title match of any kind. this is just like the brian kindrick in the championship scramble at no mercy. waaaaaay to early i think. what do ya'll think? agree or disagree? why?
