Baby shower present for best friend?

Hi moms! My best friend is having a baby shower next saturday and I'm looking for the right present, she already has 3 boys but this is her first girl! So all her family is really excited. I wanted to get her the crib but she already has it. I want for my present to be special I don't care how much I have to spend, I was thinking a swing or a bouncer but I don't know, I already got 3 outfits and a blankent n the things that she has are: crib, travel system,bathtub,and lots of clothes so what do you think is a good present for her? Thanks
