Where in Manhattan can I get above 15 Megabits per second broadband internet speeds? Wired, not wireless.?

Or is that considered slow? Forgive me I live in Australia where we are living in an internet dark age. Not to mention we're about to have China-style authoritarian web censorship placed over us.
