I am going to Dunn's River Falls Jamaica. How far is it to Ocho Rios?? Close enough to walk?

I took a cruise in Spring Break 08 that stopped at Ocho Rios. From Ocho Rios, we got in a taxi that went to Dunn's River Falls and it was about a 10 minute ride.
