Does anyone kow about tumors?

ive been trying to find out what could possibly be causing my pain. i also get vertigo most days of the week and its getting anoying cuz i cant concentrate in school when i have vertigo. does anyone know if i had a bone tumor would it cause pain in that spot? i was looking up what vertigo was and i came across that it can happen with tumors.
