Getting a Scion xD and modding it...?

Either way it will cost the same. If you order it from factory it will take 4-6 months. Dealer may find one with these options and dealer trade for it or more likely get one close and add options at dealer. In the end it will cost same as Scion does have pure pricing or dealer could lose franchise. If they dealer trade it may cost 3-400 for getting it as this is a dealer expense that is for getting quickly as possible for you.
