What should I wear to Warped Tour?

I'm really bad at making up my mind. It's saposed to rain all day but it's going to be 84 degrees. I want to wear shorts but will i be cold and will there bebugs at night because it's wet? I want to wear a tshirt but i don't want screwed up tan lines when I wear a cami days after? Will I even tan since it's going to be raining? Raining or not being outside for 12 hours has to cause something. I'll wear sneakers of course. Help! I'm so indecisive.
