Girl approached me, what to do?

yeah she defiantly likes you. If she is finding excuses to ask for you help and touching, innocently but most likely deliberate, then she likes you. Ask her to hang out or think of a reason to maybe get her help on something. You said you are shy so maybe just keep talking to her, the more you talk to her the more comfortable she will get around you and maybe she will make the first move. Good luck.
