Whats wrong with my kitty):?

I dont know what is wrong with her she is probably sick and she NEEDS to go to the vet I am guessing she will die if no one takes her and just a question has she want to the litter box since then? I would asume if she has not then she is really sick and needs to go to the vet but if not i guess you will find out what happens.
