Does it seem like she likes me?

So I'm beginning to like this one girl and I was wondering if it seems like she's interested. We text a lot (with a lot of smiley faces) and also talk a lot in person. She'll start conversations with me and even wanted a picture with me the other day (and put her arm around me) She'll often hug me to say hi or bye. A few days ago we planned on hanging out with a couple other friends and she texted me to make sure I was coming. When shes around me she seems a little shy and nervous (twirls her hair clip) but shes like that a little anyway so I wouldn't go by that.We get along really well and she thinks I'm "funny" The one catch is though, she used to like one of my friends, but they broke up and she doesn't really talk with him anymore. Additionally, when someone texted her and said we'd make a good couple, she replied, "We're really close friends, but... ;) ya know" with the winky face, possibly implying she likes me. I don't wanna jump to conclusions though, but I was wondering if it seems like she has feelings for me judging by what i mentioned.
